By using kelvisdesign.com or engaging KelVis Design's services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

By using KelVis Design services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Services

KelVis Design provides automated lead-recovery services including missed-call text-back, SMS notifications, and related tools for local trade businesses.

Payment & Fees

Services are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions begin on the date of agreement. The Starter plan requires a 3-month minimum commitment; the Growth plan requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications based on your mobile carrier plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel within the first 30 days if you do not see value. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

KelVis Design is not liable for missed leads, carrier delivery failures, or interruptions in third-party services (including Twilio or GoHighLevel).

SMS & Messaging

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message received from KelVis Design. For help, reply HELP.
